Our Impact

Big Brothers Big Sisters is making a big impact right here in Butler County. We are not just going through the motions – our mentors are truly making a positive impact on the lives of their “Littles”.

We closely monitor the strength and outcomes of our matches, to make sure that our mentoring relationships are having a positive impact on the children we serve. Big Brothers Big Sisters gathers data on an annual basis by surveying all participating mentors, youths and their parents. Youth progress is evaluated through the following key measures
