Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County serves the children who need us most.

The Littles in our program come from a variety of challenging living situations. Many come from single parent households, others are being raised by grandparents or other extended family members, some have parents who are incarcerated or with drug dependencies, and still others come from households where both parents are forced to work long hours and just don’t have the time to spend with their child and give them the support and guidance they need.

Any of these situations can put a child at risk of not living up to their potential. Without intervention by caring adult mentors offering support, advice, friendship, and positive reinforcement they could make choices that undermine their futures.
